Steel pocket door frames – New and improved design.

Tubular steel frames in stock for both 2x4 and 2x6 walls in 6/8, 7/0 and 8/0 height with a standard 3/0 door width. By making two cuts, this same head can be utilized for any smaller door size. With ample lead time, we will custom fabricate your frame and track to fit any rough opening and wall thickness in order to meet all your pocket frame needs. This frame, like any other frame, is only as good as the installation. Your track must be level and your steel post must be plumb. We offer onsite installation in the Phoenix metro area. Specializing in antique hand hewn hardwood barn beams, coming from Ohio, Indiana, Michigan area. Our mantels are handcrafted and designed to meet the customers taste and budget. As all of our mantels are custom we don’t have a surplus prefabricated, but often have the raw material in stock. Most orders can be filled within a four week turnaround. You can chose from material in stock, from our portfolio both on line and in person, or place a completely custom order.  We work with all types and species of hardwood available such as knotty alder,cherry, mesquite, and black walnut just to name a few. Keep in mind that no two mantels are exactly the same, each one is an original masterpiece and will enhance the decor in any room. Here is just a taste of what we can do.
